What we have done?
The format is a synthesis of a constant dialogue with the client with whom we have thoroughly studied the format, defined the target, engineered the processes, studied the menus, the coordinated image, the dishes and defined the personnel procedures.
bistro 'latinafiori
A complete project, a synthesis of all the formal expressions of the format, able to offer in its 500 square meters all the services for which it was conceived.
