BIM DESIGN
It is a choice we made back in 2001, it is integrated into all processes and accompanies all phases of the project as a prerogative, from concept to management.
In LPA there are no A series projects and B series projects, we simply use BIM in all projects, from the smallest to the largest, without any distinction.
To make this possible, we continuously invest in training and new software that can improve the entire design and management process.

This approach guarantees us a design that is always concrete, precise in a very short time and with a drastic reduction of possible errors

We cannot afford to have surprises during construction that often lead to upset a project.
For this reason, BIM management helps us to face all the problems in the project phases, for a smooth execution of the works, in compliance with times and costs.

BIM is fundamental in the execution phase, our systems and our approaches provide contractors with a complete, open and absolutely legible model that encompasses the project in all its facets, to guarantee a realization of the work that is faithful to the project.
MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE
A project does not end with the completion of the work, but at that moment its life cycle begins.
The BIM process allows to leave the detail of all its characteristics, architectural and plant engineering, to the completed building for simpler and better maintenance in operation of the same.
